Blödsinn auch unter dem Hintergrund, dass man vor allem im Winter vor einer langen Fahrt bei Fahrtantritt einen möglichst warmen Akku haben möchte. Ich habe gedacht, dass er dann 30 oder 60 Minuten vor der geplanten Abfahrtszeit "Vollstrom" gibt und den Akku auf den gewünschten Stand bringt. Aber wenn dieser Stand schon Stunden vorher erreicht wird.... Muss es doch wieder manuell sein.

Das nächste was unsinnig implementiert ist und einfach nicht so tut wie man es erwartet...

Per Routine gleich auf 50% laden, dann zur Abfahrtszeit 7:30 heute auf 80% laden. Seht selbst... Dann kann ich mir das auch sparen und gleich auf 80% laden. Ich hab gedacht, dass er langsam anfängt und pünktlich um 7:30 fertig ist. Stattdessen war der Akku schon mehrere Stunden vorher fertig geladen.

Ich mag es kalt, aber soooo kalt.....

Wenn ich den HV Batterieschutz anschalte, habe ich auch einen hohen Verlust des SoC. Sobald ich diesen ausschalte, hält er den SoC über Tage stabil... Hat das noch wer?

CUPRA Born over-the-air update

An over-the-air update is being released in waves to CUPRA Born vehicles (between now and the end of the year), and is expected to take around 10 minutes.

This update includes functionality to detect if any battery cells are discharging by themselves. This does not mean that your battery has this issue, it is designed as a preventative measure.

The wording you will see on your infotainment system is below:

"This update includes a function capable of detecting if any battery cell is discharging by itself. This is a preventative measure that does not imply a current problem in your battery. If this problem is detected during the vehicle's lifecycle, a yellow warning sign would appear on the digital cockpit indicating an error in the electrical driving system.

The vehicle will continue working, but you should go to a workshop as soon as possible to avoid any battery wear. If this update is not installed, the battery operation and the warranty coverage could be affected.

Remember that this installation is a pre-requisite for receiving future Over-The-Air Updates.

If your car is equipped with anti-theft alarm, it will be deactivated during installation.

Once the installation is complete, it will work normally again. This update does not increase the software version."

Spannend wird zu sehen sein, ob es das Update auch in Deutschland geben wird...

Übersetzt steht da, "ist nicht deine Schuld, wir arbeiten dran".
